We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will lead teams of talented engineers and designers working on awesome projects and be in charge of developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

We envision our dream person for this job to have:

• Past experience in managing software projects

• Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Ability to work with all levels of management and technical staff to analyze complex situations while maintaining professional, efficient communication under pressure. These skills include verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills

• Experience in managing and maintaining relationships with clients

• Self-starting/self-organizing with meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time

• Ability to deal with challenging situations, emergencies, crisis management

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Time management capabilities

• Flexibility and adaptiveness to change

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

The key tasks:

• Align general business objectives with the project’s goals

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects

• On-time, On-budget & On-quality delivery of all projects

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Participate in the development of the company’s structure
